These Terms cover all products and services we offer, including halfsugar-tech.com, the Halfsugar WeChat Mini-Program, and our forthcoming iOS and Android applications. By continuing to use the services, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.
02 / Accounts账户注册与使用Accounts
您可以通过手机号、微信授权等方式注册账户。您应妥善保管账户凭证，为账户下的所有行为承担责任。若发现未经授权的使用，请立即通知我们。
You may register an account via phone number or WeChat authorization. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
03 / Acceptable Use用户行为准则Acceptable Use
您同意不从事下列行为：违反法律法规或公序良俗；上传侵害他人权益的内容；逆向工程、破坏服务运行；滥用智能功能生成违法违规内容；冒充他人或伪造家庭关系等。
You agree not to: violate applicable law or public order; upload content that infringes third-party rights; reverse-engineer or disrupt the services; misuse intelligent features to generate unlawful content; impersonate others or fabricate family relationships.
04 / IP知识产权Intellectual Property
本服务及其所有组成部分（包括但不限于软件代码、界面设计、图标、糖糖 mascot 形象、文字、生成模板等）的知识产权归我们所有，受中华人民共和国法律及相关国际条约保护。未经授权不得复制、修改、传播或用于商业用途。
All intellectual property in the services — including software code, UI design, icons, the Tangtang mascot, copy, and generated templates — belongs to us and is protected under the laws of the People's Republic of China and applicable international treaties. No unauthorized copying, modification, distribution, or commercial use.
05 / User Content用户生成内容User-Generated Content
您在服务中上传或生成的照片、语音、记录数据等内容的所有权归您所有。为提供服务之必要，您授予我们在服务范围内使用、存储、同步、展示这些内容的许可。我们不会将您的内容用于广告或售卖。
You retain ownership of photos, voice notes, logs and other content you upload or generate. You grant us a limited, service-scoped license to store, sync, and display that content to operate the services for you. We will not use your content for advertising or resale.

本条款的订立、执行与解释，以及争议的解决，均适用中华人民共和国法律。因本条款产生的争议，应由我们主要营业地即杭州市拱墅区有管辖权的人民法院管辖。
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the competent People's Court at the place of our principal place of business (Gongshu District, Hangzhou).
